Marlette Pittman

After living in eight states over the span of twelve years my husband, Darrel, and I returned to North Dakota in 1995. I had begun my real estate sales career in Michigan and was also licensed in Illinois. I resumed my career as a REALTOR® with Century 21 Morrison Realty here in Bismarck and have earned the GRI® and SRES® (Senior Real Estate Specialist®) designations.

My personal experiences have given me insight into the technical and personal challenges that my clients face when they move across town or across the nation. The growth and change in the Bismarck/Mandan area has presented me with many opportunities to serve and assist people with their real estate needs.

In addition to my career in real estate sales I have enjoyed reacquainting myself with our great state. At the Missouri Valley Historical Society (Buckstop Junction) I am on the board of directors and manage the Vintage Gift Shoppe on a volunteer basis. Darrel has retired from the Federal Aviation Administration and we are both active member of the Bismarck/ Mandan Chapter of National Active & Retired Federal Employees. I have served as Sheriff (President) of the Fort Abraham Lincoln Corral of Westerners and with the United Methodist Women of McCabe UMC in Bismarck.

We presently own a residential duplex; I do the book work and Darrel does the building repairs and maintenance! This is the third rental property that we have owned in addition to a lakeside resort in Minnesota.

Darrel continues his career in aviation as owner of Pittman Aviation Consulting; he is a member of the Experimental Aviation Association, North Dakota Pilots Association and the North Dakota Aviation Council. He is writing a book about his air traffic control experiences titled "Cleared for takeoff!" He is also on the Missouri Valley Historical Society Board, his wonderful support of my career and volunteer actives help so much.

I appreciate referrals from my clients and friends; they are the reason that I am in business. Thank you for putting your trust in me.

Take Care, Marlette
