Community Room Rental

Terms & Conditions
- Payment for the room must be received at time of reservation.
- Checks to be made out to “CENTURY 21 Morrison
Realty.” They can be mailed or dropped off at CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty, 1142 W Turnpike Ave, Bismarck, ND, 58501. - Facility user agrees to make any event modifications necessary to adhere by Covid-19 guidelines set forth by the City of Bismarck
or State of North Dakota which are in place at the time of event. - User is responsible for providing any materials required to meet
said guidelines. - No smoking, no candles, or open flame of any kind.
- Do not block exits including the stairways.
- Children must always be monitored for safety and supervised, especially in common areas.
- No pets allowed.
- Absolutely no decorations on the walls, windows, and ceilings. Glitter and confetti are not permitted.
- All decorations must be removed and cleaned up at the end of the event. The facility user will be charged $50 per hour for any excessive cleaning
resulting from their use of the facility. - The facility user is liable for any injuries and all property damaged due to misconduct by their guests.
- All equipment needs must be communicated 48 hours in advance.
- Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Reservations are not confirmed until a signed Rental Agreement
has been signed by the Facility User and a Representative of CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty.
