CENTURY 21 Morrison Realty would like to introduce you to this week’s Relentless Agent, Eric Schlosser!
Eric joined our C21 family after over 12 years in the marketing field and he has been relentless in every step of his journey to becoming an extraordinary REALTOR!
Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Eric Schlosser and I have recently joined the award-winning team at Century 21 Morrison Realty specializing in buying and selling residential homes.
I am a native of Bismarck and was raised in a ‘real estate family’. After graduating from St. Mary’s Central High School I attended Brown College in Minneapolis where I completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications and an Associate of Science in Visual Communications.
My career began in the Proposal world, where I served in the Proposal development department of various corporations. The skills and experience I developed over those 12 years has lead to the seamless transfer to real estate.
C21: So Eric, where are you from?
Eric: I was born and raised in Bismarck. Currently I live with my wife Amanda and daughter Lydia.
C21: Do you have any pets?
Eric: All thru my life I have had pets of some kind. Currently I have a reef aquarium, freshwater aquarium and a dog (King Charles Spaniel)
C21: Do you have any hobbies?
Eric: My reef aquarium is probably my biggest hobby, I also enjoy reading, craft beer, camping, home improvement and watching movies.
C21: Tell us a fun fact about you!
Eric: When I was 11 years old I caught a 20lb Northern Pike at Lake Sakakawea. The fish was longer than I was tall. My uncle had to scoop it out of the water with two hands since our net wasn’t large enough. Definitely one of my fondest memories.
C21: We know you like to give back to the community, what are some of your favorite organizations to take part in?
Eric: Some organizations I have been apart of include: Defeat ALS, St. Alexius – Night for the Stars, Manchester House, United Way, YMCA
C21: Any favorite vacation spots?
Eric: Really, any place with a beach, also Disney World or camping all over ND and MN.
C21: Favorite local hang out?
Eric: I like to be anywhere with craft beer, a campground and Oceans Paradise fish store.
C21: Favorite sport?
Eric: My favorite sport is soccer.
C21: What motivates/inspires you?
Eric: My wife and daughter inspire me. Also, Vacations.
C21: What do you love about the industry?
Eric: Our team is filled with great people who love coming to work every day. Our clients are great too, all of them working on their own awesome businesses. We then get to contribute to our clients’ success by solving their real estate needs. Real estate provides a path to flexibility of schedule, and the personal fulfillment of helping families own their home. Few careers can offer this much.
